Stéphane Paquin, Ph.D., is a professor at the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) and holds the Jarislowsky Chair in Trust and Political Leadership at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR), in collaboration with ENAP. He is also a visiting professor in the Department of Literature and Social Communication at UQTR.
