Natalia Mishagina is a research director at the Institute for Research on Public Policy (IRPP), where she oversees the “Future of Skills and Adult Learning” research program. Before joining the Institute, Natalia conducted research at the Center for Interuniversity Research and Analysis of Organizations (CIRANO) and worked as an economist at Analysis Group Inc.
