Nancy Olewiler (Simon Fraser University’s School of Public Policy), David McLaughlin (International Institute for Sustainable Development), Céline Bak (Analytica Advisors) and moderator Jennifer Ditchburn (Policy Options) tackled such topics as risk disclosure and carbon pricing before a full house at Ottawa’s Rideau Club.
