Walid Jebili is a doctoral student in public administration at the École nationale d’administration publique (ÉNAP), Montreal. His research focuses on shared accountability in child protection systems, at the intersection of public policy, institutional legitimacy, and the participation of children in decisions that affect them. He is interested in the conditions that enable institutions in Canada, Quebec, and other national contexts to translate international commitments to children into concrete actions.
