Vicki Chartrand

Dr. Vicki Chartrand is a professor in the sociology department at Bishop’s University on the traditional territory of the Abenaki people and adjunct professor in the criminology department at the University of Ottawa. She is the founding Director of the Centre for Justice Exchange.
