Rolanda Elijah is director for the Lands and Environment for Chippewas of the Thames First Nation and was appointed the position of Project Lead for the tobacco pilot project with the province of Ontario for 2015-2018. She is Wolf Clan with dual heritage from Oneida and Chippewas of the Thames.
