Pierre Martin is a Professor of political science at the Université de Montréal. He is the co-editor, with Mark Brawley, of Alliance Politics, Kosovo and NATO’s War: Allied Force or Forced Allies. He was a member of the Université de Montréal/McGill University Research Group in International Security.
