The Honorable Louise Otis is a mediator and arbitrator. She is Chair of the OECD and NATO Administrative Tribunals, a member of the EIB Independent Administrative Review Committee, and a judge on the EUMETSAT Administrative Tribunal. A former judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal, Louise Otis developed an internationally recognized judicial mediation program.
