Louise Otis is an international administrative judge (OECD, Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites), a former judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal. She is an adjunct professor at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, an arbitrator and a mediator.
