Kim Richard Nossal

In 2003, Kim Richard Nossal was professor and head of the department of political studies at Queen’s University. He retired from Queen’s in 2020. In 2001, he and Nelson Michaud co-edited Diplomatic Departures: The Conservative Era in Canadian Foreign Policy, a collection of essays on Mulroney’s foreign policy. His latest book, Canada Alone: Navigating the Post-American World, was published by Dundurn Press in 2023.
