Jonathon W. Penney teaches law at Dalhousie University. He is also a research fellow for the Citizen Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto; a research affiliate with the Berkman Center for Internet and Society, Harvard University; and a PhD candidate in communication sciences at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford.
