Helen Angus is CEO of AMS Healthcare. From 2018 to 2021 she was Ontario’s deputy minister of health, where she helmed Ontario’s initial health response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She was also co-chair of the Council of Deputy Ministers of Health during this period. She has worked in leadership roles at Cancer Care Ontario, and is a distinguished fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
