Glenn Scott was Director, Transportation with Luscar Ltd of Edmonton. Luscar was the largest coal producer in Canada, was producing 37 million tonnes of bituminous, sub-bituminous and lignite coal annually and exported approximately seven million tonnes annually through the Ports of Vancouver and Prince Rupert, BC.
