François Pétry is adjunct professor in the Department of Political Science at Laval University in Québec City. He is the creator and head of the Polimeter, an instrument that monitors the fulfillment of election promises in Canada and Quebec. He is a member of the Centre for the Analysis of Public Policy and of the Centre for the Study of Democratic Citizenship.
