Caitlin Salvino

Caitlin Salvino completed a master’s and DPhil in law focusing on the notwithstanding clause at the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She is now a JD candidate at the University of Toronto and junior fellow at Massey College.
