The dog that didn’t bark

Hi, and welcome to the second edition of The Functionary. It’s dog days of summer, but public servants are hopping on a couple fronts: passports, figuring out what’s wrong with service delivery in government and return-to-office. Looks like public servants are coming back to the office this summer to try hybrid working – unless a seventh wave of a contagious Omicron subvariant derails those plans.
