Patrick Johnston

Patrick Johnston was a program director at the Canadian Council on Social Development when he authored Native Children and the Child Welfare System (1983). He first wrote about the topic in an article entitled “Indigenous Children at Risk” (Policy Options, Nov.-Dec. 1981).
