Matthew Oliver, P.Eng., is an electrical/aerospace engineer with the Alberta Utilities Commission. Previous experience includes five years as the chief regulatory officer with APEGA (an engineering regulator). Matthew is a Red River Métis from Selkirk, Manitoba, who teaches Indigenous cosmologies, ethics and complex system failure and investigation.
