Gil Barrows is a senior associate in the Agri-Food & Consumer Goods practice group at Global Public Affairs. He has worked as a trade association executive and has been a senior advisor in both the U.S. branch of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada and the Consumer Products branch of the former Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada.
