Nicolas Côté is a research associate at the Institute for Research on Public Policy, where he focuses on trade diversification and Canada’s economic resiliency. He spent three years as a policy analyst in the federal government and holds a master of public policy from UBC and a master in anthropology from the University of Toronto.
