Kurtis Boyer is the Alphonsine Lafond – Tom Molloy Memorial Fellow on Leadership and Innovation in Indigenous Governance at the Centre of Excellence on the Canadian Federation and a political scientist specializing in Indigenous governance and Métis policy. He is an assistant professor at the University of Saskatchewan, where he holds the chair in Métis governance and policy.
