Martha Hall Findlay is an executive fellow with the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary, and chair of the Couchiching Institute on Public Affairs’ 2012 Conference. She is the former Liberal MP for Willowdale and held several shadow cabinet positions with the then Official Opposition.
