Tamara Krawchenko is an assistant professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Victoria, BC. As an analyst at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris from 2015 to 2019, she led studies on territorial policy including the recently released Linking Indigenous Communities with Regional Development in Canada (2020).
