Warren Everson is the Ottawa-based principal of Saramac Consulting. He served as aviation policy advisor to Transportation Minister John Crosbie in 1986-87. He was the vice-president for policy at the Air Transport Association of Canada for five years. He served as executive director of the National Transportation Act Review Commission whose report Competition in Transportation assessed the impact of deregulation in all modes.
