Matt Zabloski is a business strategist for community standards with the City of Calgary. He is the project lead responsible for coordinating the city’s response to the legalization of cannabis. He was a member of the Technical Advisory Group for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ response to cannabis legalization and was a witness for the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology during its study of Bill C-45, which led to The Cannabis Act.
