Linda Duxbury

Linda Duxbury is a Chancellor’s Professor at Carleton University, where she studies balancing work and family in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She also studies generational differences in work values; the impact of office technology such as email; employee well-being, work role overload and workforce change.
