Kevin Walby

Kevin Walby, PhD, is associate professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Winnipeg, where he is also director of the Centre for Access to Information and Justice. He is part of the Prison Pandemic Partnership, which is studying the impact of COVID-19 on Canadian sites of confinement.
