Carolyn Hughes Tuohy

Carolyn Hughes Tuohy is professor emeritus of political science and distinguished fellow in the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, and author of Remaking Policy: Scale, Pace and Political Strategy in Health Care Reform (University of Toronto Press, 2018). She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
