Adam Goldenberg is a civil litigator and criminal defence lawyer at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Toronto. He has served as chief speechwriter to the Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, as a senior aide to a cabinet minister at Queen's Park, and as a law clerk to the judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He holds a BA with High Honours from Harvard and a JD from Yale Law School, where he was a Kirby Simon Human Rights Fellow. He is called to the bar in Ontario and New York.
