Will Kymlicka is a Queen’s National Scholar in the Department of Philosophy at Queen’s University. The author of five books, he won both the C. B. Macpherson Prize from the Canadian Political Science Association in 1995 and the Ralph J. Bunche Award from the American Political Science Association in 1996 for his book Multicultural Citizenship.
