Robert Tay-Burroughs is a former political advisor at the New Brunswick legislature and the former senior advisor to New Brunswick’s so-called commissioner on systemic racism. His PhD research at the University of New Brunswick (Saint John) looks at how Canada’s core democratic and governing institutions come into conflict with treaty obligations. He lives in Fredericton, near Sitansisk.
