Kieke Okma is an associate professor at the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University. She holds a PhD from the University of Utrecht and a Master’s in economics from the Free University of Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit) and has worked with a variety of government agencies in the Netherlands and abroad for over 25 years.
