Jennifer Levin Bonder is a Fulbright Visiting Scholar with the Johns Hopkins Center for Canadian Studies and a fellow with the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History at the University of Toronto. Her research explores Canada’s policy experiments around foreign investment and trade diversification.
