Eric Fillion

Eric Fillion is a public scholar and a doctoral candidate in history at Concordia University. His research focuses on the origins of Canada’s cultural diplomacy and, more specifically, on the use of music in international relations. He is also the founder of the nonprofit archival record label Tenzier.
