Jennifer Ditchburn
Jennifer Ditchburn is the editor-in-chief of Policy Options, the online magazine of the Institute for Research on Public Policy. Ditchburn spent more than two decades as a national reporter, working for The Canadian Press and for CBC National Television. She is the co-editor with Graham Fox of The Harper Factor: Assessing a Prime Minister’s Policy Legacy (McGill-Queen’s).
Colin Busby
Colin Busby is a research director at the Institute for Research on Public Policy (IRPP). Before joining the IRPP, he was the associate director of research at the C.D. Howe Institute. He has also worked at Industry Canada and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
Jennifer Robson

Jennifer Robson is an associate professor in the Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management at Carleton University in Ottawa. Prior to joining Carleton, she worked in the voluntary sector, and in government as a political advisor and, later, as a public servant.
