La troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de pand\u00e9mie qui commence, elle, voit l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de certaines tendances dans le march\u00e9 du travail, dont certaines avaient d\u00e9but\u00e9 bien avant la crise.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019automatisation et le num\u00e9rique red\u00e9finissent les comp\u00e9tences essentielles aux emplois d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, tandis que l\u2019ambitieux virage vers une \u00e9conomie plus verte am\u00e8ne des d\u00e9fis suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les probl\u00e8mes dans les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement, exacerb\u00e9s par les crises politiques et une inflation galopante, risquent de plonger l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale fragilis\u00e9e dans une r\u00e9cession. Pour bien des Canadiens que la pand\u00e9mie a frapp\u00e9s de plein fouet et qui peinent \u00e0 se relever, le futur est rempli d\u2019incertitudes.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9dactrice en chef invit\u00e9e Natalia Mishagina, directrice du programme de recherche de l\u2019IRPP <a href=\"https:\/\/irppstaging.wpengine.com\/fr\/recherche\/les-competences-de-lavenir-et-lapprentissage-des-adultes\/\">Les comp\u00e9tences de l\u2019avenir et l\u2019apprentissage des adultes<\/a>, dirige ce dossier sur l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et les besoins des Canadiens qui cherchent \u00e0 s\u2019y int\u00e9grer. Alors que l\u2019incertitude exacerbe des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s persistantes, de nombreux experts se penchent sur les groupes les plus affect\u00e9s par ces d\u00e9fis, incluant les communaut\u00e9s inuites, les immigrants et les jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>Ils examinent aussi comment les petites et moyennes entreprises \u2013 qui constituent la majorit\u00e9 des employeurs du pays \u2013 s\u2019adaptent aux perturbations caus\u00e9es par les \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux, l\u2019automatisation et la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique. Comment les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et les microcertifications font-elles leur entr\u00e9e dans le monde de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de l\u2019emploi\u00a0? Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un emploi de qualit\u00e9 dans le monde postpand\u00e9mie?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acquisition des comp\u00e9tences tout au long de la carri\u00e8re permettra aux Canadiens de faire face aux changements et de tirer profit des occasions offertes par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et une \u00e9conomie en transformation. Elle les encouragera aussi \u00e0 devenir des citoyens actifs et inform\u00e9s, capables d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur propre bien-\u00eatre et celui de leur famille sur plusieurs plans, notamment celui de la sant\u00e9, et posera les germes d\u2019une culture de l\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 leurs enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9volue, et les r\u00e9seaux qui offrent de l\u2019enseignement et de la formation aux adultes doivent \u00e9voluer eux aussi. En 2022, l\u2019apprentissage n\u2019a plus lieu que sur les bancs d\u2019\u00e9cole, et les \u00ab\u00a0nouveaux\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9l\u00e8ves travaillent souvent, en plus d\u2019avoir des responsabilit\u00e9s familiales. Les r\u00e9seaux de formation doivent faire preuve de plus d\u2019ouverture et de flexibilit\u00e9 pour s\u2019adapter aux besoins changeants des adultes en \u00e2ge de travailler.
