Selon ce concept, les combats \u00e0 venir se d\u00e9rouleraient dans les zones urbaines d\u2019\u00c9tats d\u00e9faillants o\u00f9 les militaires seraient amen\u00e9s \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter simultan\u00e9ment trois types d\u2019op\u00e9rations\u00a0: aide humanitaire, maintien de la paix et combat.<\/p>\n<p>Mais avec les \u00ab convois de la libert\u00e9 \u00bb des camionneurs, aussit\u00f4t suivis de l\u2019invasion de l\u2019Ukraine par la Russie \u00e0 la fin f\u00e9vrier 2022, nous assistons \u00e0 l\u2019essor de ce qu\u2019on pourrait appeler des \u00ab guerres multidimensionnelles \u00bb, qui viennent effacer les distinctions traditionnelles entre militaires et civils, acteurs \u00e9tatiques et non \u00e9tatiques, op\u00e9rations d\u2019information et reportages journalistiques, mercenaires et insurg\u00e9s. Le tout \u00e9tant relay\u00e9 et trait\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el par un environnement m\u00e9diatique en constante mutation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour examiner l\u2019avenir de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale dans ce contexte de guerre multidimensionnelle, notre panel de discussions a abord\u00e9 plusieurs questions, dont les suivantes : Comment nous y pr\u00e9parer ?
