He also spearheads CanREA\u2019s data-analysis and cyber-security efforts. He was in a similar role at the <a href=\"https:\/\/canwea.ca\/\">Canada Wind Energy Association<\/a> for four years, where he formalized operation and maintenance best practices for the industry. Prior to this, Phil worked as an engineer at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weican.ca\/\">Wind Energy Institute of Canada<\/a> and in automotive thermodynamics.
