Rob de Lo\u00eb is University Research Chair in Water Policy and Governance at the University of Waterloo. He is a member of the Canadian Water Resources Association (CWRA) and the Canadian Water Network, and he chairs the Advisory Panel for the Royal Bank\u2019s Blue Water Project.
