Avant d&#8217;occuper ce poste, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 directrice de la recherche sur la croissance propre \u00e0 l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/institutclimatique.ca\/\">Institut climatique du Canada<\/a>. Rachel a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 pendant 15 ans comme \u00e9conomiste et cadre au sein du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, et pendant cinq ans comme consultante
