He recently built the new Institute for Science, Society and Policy at the University of Ottawa and formerly held managing positions at the Council of Canadian Academies, Carleton University\u2019s Regulatory Governance Initiative and Ethics and Policy Issues Centre as well as the independent Institute on Governance.
