Christopher Sands, director of the Wilson Center’s Canada Institute, and Jennifer Welsh, the incoming chair of McGill’s Max Bell School of Public Policy, will examine the tools that Canada and the United States have to manage the relationship through the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
The conversation will be moderated by IRPP president and CEO Jennifer Ditchburn and a Q&A period and networking reception will follow. Space is limited, and registration is required.
