Steven J. Hoffman is an associate professor of law and director of the Global Strategy Lab at the University of Ottawa’s Centre for Health Law, Policy & Ethics and an adjunct associate professor of global health and population at Harvard University. A 2012 Trudeau Scholar, he chaired the panel “Failure and Innovation in Global Institutions” at the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation’s 2015 Annual Conference.
