Sandy Moroz

Sandy Moroz served for 25 years as a federal trade policy officer and negotiator. He was Canada’s lead rules of origin negotiator in the original NAFTA negotiations, as well as director of a number of trade policy divisions and a market access negotiator during the CETA and TPP negotiations. Prior to joining the federal government, he worked in the IRPP’s International Economics Program. He is also the author of Navigating the Maze: Canada, Rules of Origin and the Trans-Pacific Partnership in the IRPP’s trade volume.
