Peter J. Usher is a geographer who participated in numerous environmental assessments across northern Canada, starting with the Mackenzie Valley Pipeline Inquiry (1974-77). He was a panel member in the review of the Voisey’s Bay mining project in Labrador (1997-99), and of the Mackenzie Gas Project in the Northwest Territories (2004-10).
