Ceta Ramkhalawansingh received a YWCA Toronto Women of Distinction Award in 2017. She co-founded the Women’s Studies Program at the University of Toronto. She is the author of “Women during the Great War,” in Women at Work: Ontario 1850-1930 (Women’s Press, 1974), and the editor of (Un)Equal Pay: Canadian and International Perspectives (1979).
