Bruce Carson

Bruce Carson was senior policy adviser to Prime Minister Stephen Harper from
2006 to 2009 and has seen budget making from the centre at the Prime Minister’s Office. Subsequently, he was director of the School for Energy and the Environment at the University of Calgary. He is currently a contributor to iPolitics.
